A smart, lightweight timer that works with Google Slides. Pick the slide range you’ll present, set a total time, optionally tweak a few slides, and start presenting. Slides Timer divides time fairly, shows a clean countdown overlay, and dynamically redistributes spare/overrun time so you always know when to move on.

Why use a Dynamic Timer?

What it does

3: +2 → add 2 minutes to slide 3
3: -1 → subtract 1 minute from slide 3
3: =5 → set slide 3 to exactly 5 minutes

How to use (Quick Start)

  1. Open your Google Slides deck (editor view).
  2. Click the Timer launcher in the toolbar (or the extension icon).
  3. In the popup:
    • Pick your start and end slide (e.g., 1–10).
    • Enter Total minutes (e.g., 10).
  4. Click Save or Start.
  5. Enter Present mode. The timer overlay appears automatically.
  6. Use the overlay to Start / Pause / Stop as needed.

Note: If you try to save a range that exceeds the real slide count, the timer warns you and blocks saving.
